The City and the province of Buenos Aires, Córdoba and Santa Fe will not enable the exits for recreation announced this Saturday by President Alberto Fernández, in large urban conglomerates , in the context of the coronavirus quarantine .
"In those large urban agglomerates with viral circulation, one-hour leisure outings will not be enabled, and as the President said yesterday, social, preventive and compulsory isolation remains unchanged, the joint statement says.
Meanwhile, he clarifies that "in those localities with low population density and little or no viral circulation, recreational outlets will be allowed under conditions that are agreed with the municipal authorities."
