President Alberto Fernández announced this Saturday an opening of the quarantine due to coronaviruses to enable one-hour recreational outings in large urban conglomerates, 500 meters from homes. However, not all provinces adhered to the measure.

While awaiting definitions of the City and Province of Buenos Aires, other districts have already ruled on the announcement made by Fernández through a recorded message, in which he specified that the isolation will continue until May 10.

Mendoza was the first province to reject opening in all its territory. This was stated by the governor of Mendoza, Rodolfo Suárez, through social networks: "We have decided, together with the community leaders of the entire provincial territory, to maintain social, preventive and compulsory isolation as it has been operating in Mendoza to date" .

Also, the governor of Santa Fe , Omar Perotti, supported the decision to extend social isolation for two weeks, judging that "the hardest times are yet to come."

He urged to continue on the established path of adding health capacity in the face of a possible increase in cases of coronavirus and, through Twitter, stressed that "the effort of Argentines and of Santa Fe in particular, has been very valuable to better organize ourselves."

Since the beginning of social isolation, on March 20, Perotti was one of the governors who emphatically adhered to its strict compliance.

In the district there are two conglomerates that have more than 500,000 inhabitants, the Gran Rosario and the Gran Santa Fe, where the third stage of social isolation will continue under the same conditions , although with the characteristics announced by the president, such as the possibility of leave home one hour per day.

Regarding San Luis , the Governor from Punta del Este, Alberto Rodríguez Saá, indicated that the Crisis Committee will analyze the steps to follow and argued that San Luis is a "particular situation" because it belongs to the Bioceanic Corridor, where trucks that arrive from Brazil, Buenos Aires, Rosario and other areas where "there is a lot of circulation of coronaviruses".

"The classes will not start, the recreation will not , the meetings will not, but we will see how we make some situations more flexible," he said.

Meanwhile, the governor of Misiones , Oscar Herrera Ahuad, maintained that seven activities will be reactivated in the province under "strict sanitary protocol", controlled by the Ministry of Government and Ministry of Labor.

Through Twitter, the president warned that if "irregularities were detected, the immediate closure (of the activity) will proceed and the established sanctions will be applied."

"The authorized focused protocols that are effective from tomorrow 04/27/20 are: Private Construction Works, Professional Activities, Real Estate, Psychologists, Dermatology, Kinesiology and Hairdressing", explained the missionary governor.

Although he said he understood the "need to carry out physical and recreational activities" of the population, he considered that it is necessary to "wait for this time" and first to start "productive activities in an orderly and safe manner."

"Today Misiones has more than a thousand people in preventive isolation as a result of their return to the province in recent weeks, which implies an effort in their daily control from safety and health," the president finally said.
