The government published this Sunday the decree that regulates the third stage of quarantine for coronavirus, after the announcements made by President Alberto Fernández this Saturday.

According to the decree, "brief exits were enabled, empowering jurisdictions to establish the granting of permits" to carry it out in each district.

Through the decree, the authorities of the jurisdictions were empowered to grant and evaluate the dynamics of short exit permits for all people, for a maximum of one hour and no more than 500 meters from their home, as long as they do not use transportation. public and respect distance and hygiene.

This is established in article 8, which says: “the people who must comply with the“ social, preventive and compulsory isolation ”will be able to make a short leisure trip, for the benefit of health and psychophysical well-being, without leaving more than FIVE HUNDRED (500) meters from his residence, with a maximum duration of SIXTY (60) minutes, in daytime and before 8 pm ”.

The regulation specifies that to meet this objective, residents may not use public or vehicular transportation and must always maintain a physical distance between pedestrians "not less than two meters, except in the case of boys and girls up to 12 years old" who must Go out accompanied by a major who lives in the same home.
