Scooters, bicycles, soccer balls and baby carriages fill the Spanish streets again this Sunday, on the first day, after forty inmates, in which children under 14 can go for a walk.

They are walks of maximum one hour and less than a kilometer from their homes, but that time away from home is already a relief for the little ones who, like the rest of the population, have been locked up at home for six weeks due to the state of alarm decreed by the spread of the Coronavirus.

However, since the early hours of the morning, images and videos have been seen through social networks that confirm that not everyone has followed the instructions of the authorities : entire families walking, sometimes together with other families; children sharing games and toys; parks and gardens crowded with people as if it were any spring Sunday.

Throughout the morning, the hashtag #irresponsables showed images that have unleashed the anger of many citizens:

Judging by these images, it could seem that we have defeated the coronavirus and that there are 0 infected.
Keep blaming the government for a new outbreak of the virus and, this afternoon, applaud the restrooms as you sing "I will resist."

According to the order, those who present symptoms or are in home isolation due to a diagnosis of coronavirus, or who are in quarantine for having had contact with someone diagnosed or with symptoms, cannot go out into the street.

On the ride, children can run, jump, and bring their own toys. Each adult can go with a maximum of three minors who live with him . In addition, an interpersonal distance must be maintained with other adults and children of at least two meters and comply with the coronavirus prevention and hygiene measures indicated by the health authorities. Those adults who accompany a minor and are not parents, guardians, caregivers, foster parents or legal guardians must have express authorization from them.

The authorities have also advised the use of masks in case of going to places where it is not safe to maintain a distance of about two meters between people, but in no case will it be mandatory.

that people do not have civic responsibility will also be the government's fault, right ???? # niñosenlacalle pic.twitter.com/Gq463cSxUM

The call for "prudence" is repeated in the messages of the leaders of the different Spanish regions. One of the first to demonstrate in this regard through Twitter has been the Mayor of Madrid, José Luis Martínez-Almeida. The councilor has asked "a lot of caution" to adults who walk with children this Sunday and remembers that the departure can only be one hour at most.

This morning many parks, boulevards and streets of Catalonia have been filled with people, in some cases whole families, despite not being allowed, since these minors can only go out accompanied by an adult.

Given the images that also come through social networks and in which many people are appreciated, some without masks and without respecting the safety distance, the President of the Generalitat, Quim Torra has also asked that the Protection recommendations be followed Civil in Catalonia for the exit to the street of the minors before "the alarming comments" that come from the lack of confidence of the little ones.

The Mayor of Barcelona, Ada Colau, has also asked not to forget the safety recommendations on the first day that boys and girls up to 14 years old can go out into the street accompanied by an adult after the declaration of the state of alarm by the coronavirus.

Through its spokesman, Consellera Meritxell Budó, the Generalitat has called on the citizens to "not let their guard down" and continue with the confinement, taking to the streets only when necessary and following the recommendations of the authorities, to not "throw overboard" all the effort made so far.

In an interview on TV3, Budó said that he has seen "many images of people who did well", but also some of "people who did not meet the established requirements".

The counselor recalled that the confinement effort of the last few weeks, thanks to people who "have done well and stayed at home", has allowed "turning around" the coronavirus figures and "opening the door to the hope".

But to continue in the right direction, he added, it is necessary that citizens continue to comply with the confinement and all the recommendations of the administrations.

"Let's not throw overboard these six weeks of confinement and effort that we have made to get to turn the figures around," said Budó.
