Covid-19 victims: an association files a complaint against X

The National Federation of Victims of Attacks and Collective Accidents (Fenvac) questions the management of the coronavirus crisis and takes legal action.

The association has just filed a complaint against X with the public prosecutor of Paris, Rémy Heitz. In this twenty-eight page document that Le Figaro consulted, two offenses are targeted: endangering the lives of others and non-assistance to persons in danger.
