Used to intervening in large-scale disasters with bruised people, the National Federation of Victims of Attacks and Collective Accidents (Fenvac) questions the management of the crisis linked to Covid-19 and takes legal action. The association has just filed a complaint against X with the public prosecutor of Paris, Rémy Heitz. In this twenty-eight page document that Le Figaro consulted, two offenses are targeted: endangering the lives of others and non-assistance to persons in danger.
