New catalog of fines: These penalties now threaten road traffic

Fines catalog 2020: From 21 km / h too much the driving license is gone

• Anyone who is traveling too fast at 16 km / h in cities and out of town must now count on a point. In addition, there is a fine of 70 euros (in urban areas) and 60 euros for exceedances outside closed towns. In addition, exceeding the speed limit by 21 km / h has more far-reaching consequences than before. • If emergency or rescue vehicles are disabled , the fine increases to 100 euros and there is a point. 
• The illegal parking of vehicles on a severely disabled parking as well as provided for electric and car-sharing vehicles parking costs 55 euros. Parking or stopping in the second row is now punished with at least 55 euros.
• Using a speed camera app while driving costs 75 euros plus a point in the driving aptitude register.
