The gloomy predictions come as a result of the failure of Blue and White to conduct the Knesset Committee's "exchange committee" meeting today. The committee, headed by MK Eitan Ginzburg, is scheduled to complete within a short timeframe is very introducing changes complicated the basic laws of functioning of the Government and Prime Minister. A resolute struggle of members "have a future" committee, made today the long delays in the progress of the legislation, and caused concern among senior Likud.

Apart from The complex work of the committee requires the completion of legislation in the Knesset plenum. In preparation for the plenary hearings, the opposition submitted thousands of reservations (!), Which may continue for several days. One estimate is that the High Court will rule out the "skipping Norwegian law" contained in the coalition agreement between the Blue and the Likud, which could lead to the collapse of the entire agreement. And he might intervene too.

The Knesset's legislative and judicial process should be completed within a short time frame. Next Wednesday, the last 21 days in which one of the Knesset members can sign a mandate to form a government. Next, because they recommend giving Netanyahu the mandate.

If the legislative process is not completed by then, or gets stuck in the High Court, Benny Gantz and his people will face a difficult choice next week. In addition, there is a possibility that Netanyahu will be given the mandate, even though the High Court will later reject some of their agreement with the Likud.

Against the backdrop of the difficulties, it appears that the vote on the new laws in reading will be Friday morning. Next week, the "exchange committee" hearings will be completed and only by the middle of next week will the laws be read for a second and third reading. Next Thursday, Netanyahu is scheduled to receive the mandate to assemble the government, but does not intend to complete the process before receiving a green light from the High Court.
