An 18-year-old and a 19-year-old died at home during a meeting due to a suspected drug overdose. It happened in Colico (Lecco), in Valtellina. It is an 18-year-old young man from Piantedo (Sondrio) and a friend from Valtellina, a black boy residing in Sorico (Como), a year older. They lost their lives in an apartment where, late in the evening, they had found themselves with two friends, unharmed, then accompanied to the police station of Colico to be heard about what happened.
At the beginning, when the rescue started, there was a double tragedy due to the gas leak of a defective heater, to the point that, in addition to the Cri di Colico and the Bellanese Rescue, the intervention of the Fire Brigade was requested of Morbegno (Sondrio). Then, once on the spot, it was immediately understood that the reasons were quite different. The magistrate on duty at the Lecco Prosecutor's Office, who arrived late in the tourist resort on the upper lake of Como to coordinate the investigation, ordered the seizure of the apartment and autopsies on the bodies of the victims.
