For a few days, the swallows have returned to the Côte d'Azur. Each evening, they spin in the sky in search of insects to put in the beak. They are the only ones to have returned and, as the proverb says, a swallow does not make spring.
Usually taken by tourists from all over the world, the Riviera has been emptied of its visitors and its tourism industry has come to a halt. If Nice International Airport remains open, it only sees 200 people passing through a day, compared to an average of 30,000 on average. The planes are hardly filled to 25 or 30%.
