To donate blood, you must first meet a number of conditions, including good health, a weight of 90 pounds or more, and a birthday between the ages of 16 and 66 (applicable to first-time blood donors).
In addition, young people between 16 and 17 years old must donate no less than 150 days before donating once, a maximum of 3 times a year; adult women aged 18 or above must donate no less than 105 days before giving once, a maximum of 4 times a year ; Adult men aged 18 or above must be no less than 75 days apart to donate blood once, up to 5 times a year.
