Confiscation of smuggled Turkish food in a warehouse in Deir Ezzor

The Directorate of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection in Deir Ezzor Governorate confiscated large quantities of smuggled Turkish foodstuffs in a warehouse in Al-Wadi Street in the city.

The Director of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection, Bassam Al-Hazaa, told a SANA reporter that the Directorate’s patrols during its intensive visits to the markets during the holy month of Ramadan seized a storehouse and confiscated goods and smuggled goods, which included oils, cheese, infant formula, tomato Lord, energy drinks and pasta.

Al-Hazaa pointed out that the necessary regulation had been organized and the violators referred to the judiciary.
