On an exciting coincidence, Independence Day and the anniversary of Dachau's release are happening at the same time.

Few events that symbolize the importance of the State of Israel than the proximity between Memorial Day and Holocaust and heroism, and Independence Day. This year, an exciting coincidence symbolizes this connection no less. On April 29, 1945, exactly 75 years ago, the 45th Infantry Division of the United States Army liberated the Dachau concentration camp.

Due to the coincidence of the camp's liberation day together with Independence Day, the IDF and the United States Army decided to pay tribute to one of the camp survivors, Abba Naor - who was also one of the beacon firefighters in 2018. The two armies orchestrated and zoomed together.

After the moving gesture, orchestra conductors thanked Enlightenment for the inspiration he gives them, and he in turn thanked them excitedly for the exciting moment.
