Mayor Thomas Dorsch said that the budget statute, which Treasurer Martina Rauch presented to the local council, depicts the situation before the Corona crisis and has nothing to do with the actual figures. The budget for the largest village in the district is EUR 10.93 million, of which the administrative budget is EUR 7.71 million and the property budget is EUR 3.29 million. The district levy is again the largest item in the expenditure of the municipality of Hohenpeißenberg. It amounts to 2.29 million euros, followed by the “grants for current purposes to social institutions”, which amount to 1.61 million euros.
The addition from the administrative budget to the asset budget this year amounts to 231,400 euros, which is above the required addition of 185,000 euros. The largest investment is urban development measures with 895,000 euros, further major items are the purchase of buildings (450,000 euros) for the renovation of the “Kita Schächen” (50,000 euros) and the implementation of the measures of the general drainage plan with 350,000 euros.
