Lin said that the latest unemployment rate has reached 4.2%, and many unemployed workers cannot benefit from wage subsidies. Even if the restrictions on CSSA assets are relaxed, most unemployed workers will not be able to apply for various reasons. He also pointed out that as the epidemic slowly eases, the government has the responsibility to stimulate employment. Although the government has promised to create jobs earlier, it believes that the scale should be expanded and more targeted.
