In the SPF there are 1,280 inmates "at risk" before COVID-19, of which 320 prisoners have already been "detained" until today , added the director of the Service.
In total, according to updated statistics, they add up to this Thursday 12,492 detainees when the capacity is 12,694 places. Of that figure, 6,708 (53.70%) are processed and 5,781 (46.28%) have already been convicted.
In the act, the detainees proposed to go to an intermediate room until May 6 next at 10 and requested that the "Ministry of Justice and Human Rights formally summon all the judges of Criminal Execution, as well as the representatives of the Federal Chamber of Cassation ".

The dialogue table was formed after the incidents led by the Devoto detainees, who demanded for more than 12 hours for the expediting of their criminal cases and that they be granted benefits from home prisons given the possibility of contagion of coronavirus.
