The Ministry of Health of Peru has announced that the number of deaths of Corona virus, which causes Covid 19, in the country exceeded one thousand, while Mexico recorded 127 new deaths.
Reuters quoted the ministry as saying in a statement that the number of deaths had increased to 1051 from 943 a day earlier, while the number of cases had increased by 3,045 to 36,976.
It is noteworthy that Peru recorded the second highest number of injuries and deaths in Latin America.
In Mexico, officials of the Mexican Ministry of Health announced the registration of 1425 new cases of the virus and 127 additional deaths.
This brings the total number of injuries in the country to 19,224, as well as 1,859 deaths.
