The French Ministry of Health has announced 135 new deaths from the Corona virus in the past 24 hours.
"The number of deaths due to infection with the virus has increased by 135 today, bringing the total to 24,895," the ministry quoted as saying.
The ministry added that the number of people under treatment in hospitals and in intensive care units continues to decline, as the number of injured people under treatment in hospitals decreased from 25827 yesterday to 25815 today, while the number in intensive care units decreased from 3827 to 3,819 people.
