Five new corona cases 

Since the end of last week, the number of confirmed Covid 19 cases in the district has increased by five cases to 589.

County - The number of confirmed Covid 19 cases in the county has increased by five cases to 589 over the long weekend. This was announced on Sunday by district office spokeswoman Claudia Fiebrandt-Kirmeyer. The number of people who have recovered is now 455 - the same number was in the latest report. The newly added cases are one person from Dorfen, Erding, Fraunhofer, Moosinning and Oberding.

More than 4600 tests

According to the district office, more than 4600 corona tests have now been carried out at the three screening sites in the district of Erding. The central screening point at the car park west of the Erdinger swimming pool will go into operation on Monday, May 4th and will replace the previous locations. The central point will have several lanes - for cars and pedestrians. A second drive-through track will be set up, but should only be used when necessary.
