Mayor LR of Toulouse - and president of urban France - wants a "more nuanced" approach for restaurants, religious ceremonies, weddings and swimming pools.

Jean-luc Moudenc does not want to waste time in the departments least exposed to the coronavirus. While the government draws up a daily map of France, the mayor of Toulouse judges that "it would be logical that there are two speeds" to the deconfinement. "This distinction between departments must lead the State to a more nuanced approach , " he pleads Sunday to Le Figaro .

The president of urban France - the association which brings together the mayors of the country's major cities - mentions the case of restaurants. "To ban everything, I find it excessive. There could be a protocol built with the professionals ” which would specify the opening conditions. "I am in favor of more freedom and flexibility, especially in the green departments," insists the mayor LR of the city Rose.

"The question of swimming pools will come very quickly," he emphasizes. The elected official fears the next scorching episodes, all the more difficult to bear for French people deprived of major departures on vacation.
