Today, the Iranian Foreign Ministry strongly condemned the terrorist attack that killed a number of the Iraqi Popular Mobilization Forces in Salahuddin province.
Ministry spokesman Abbas Mousavi expressed Iran's full support for Iraq’s efforts to combat terrorism and condemned any action that would destabilize its security and stability.
Mousavi added: We hope that Iraq, with the unity of its people and government, will rid itself of the evil remnants of the ISIS terrorist organization, which is receiving support and assistance from some countries.
Seven members of the Iraqi popular crowd were killed during the repulsion of two attacks by the terrorist organization "ISIS" in the Salah al-Din Governorate in the middle of the country yesterday morning.
