Mandelblit is guilty of the lows to which the law enforcement system reached

The law enforcement system, including the Supreme Court, the legal counsel and the prosecutor's office, is at one of the deepest lows in the history of the state. As the law enforcement system continues to lose public confidence every day, a bright red warning sign is issued on democracy, rule of law and regime correctness. One of the main culprits for the loss of trust is Dr. Abihai Mandelblit.

The publication of the letter of recommendation and the decision to indict Netanyahu by the USSR, very close to the election campaigns, caused dissatisfaction among many citizens. The prevailing feeling was that it was an attempt to influence the election results and tilt the scales in favor of blue and white, and in light of the following, especially in favor of Ashkenazic.

An indictment, including a worldwide renewal of sympathetic coverage as a bribe, to prove that the prosecution needs more than 300 witnesses, looks more like a prosecution than a serious criminal case. Despite the efforts of the Judiciary and the State Attorney's Office, the Israelis in three election campaigns said their words - expressed confidence in Netanyahu. This is a considerable political achievement, even considering that most of the media channels cooperated with the prosecution, leaking new editions every evening and enlisting to move the left.

Absolute distrust

The public is not empowered to determine acquittal or conviction, for this purpose the courts are intended. But the millions of voters who voted for Netanyahu-led Likud and the right-wing parties, who announced before the election to run with Netanyahu, expressed overwhelming distrust of the Judiciary and the Attorney General's office. To be prosecuted for stitching cases on political grounds.

A huge Jewish majority is convinced that the law enforcement system has lost its integrity, fairness and professionalism. I have no doubt that the Arab public, too, if the elections were a matter of system reliability, would join the Jewish majority. In light of the election results, all of which revolved around the Mandelblit decision on the indictment, and which focused on the slogan "Just not Bibi" under his patronage, he had to quit his job. This would prevent embarrassment from the courts that need to discuss Netanyahu's competence to form a government that has a significant majority in the Knesset, and prevent himself from disgracing himself.

It did not occur to me that the mystery of Mandelblit's behavior stems from the adoption of an activist leftist worldview, which can be identified by some top judges and senior prosecutors. In recent weeks, and especially these days, details have been revealed that offer a possible solution. The Harpaz affair took a turn and became the Ashkenazi-Mandelblit affair. An ugly, problematic, criminal case allegedly reminiscent of Sicilian action movies.

The IDF Chief of Staff (Ashkenazi), his aides and the Commander (Mandelblit), conducted the affair as a gang whose members guard and cover one another. Collaborate and others out of innocence following the concealment of gold evidence, including: Yoav Segalovitz (now Bish Futur), Shlomo Brothers and Yehoshua Lambberger, Shai Nitzan, Deputy Commissioner Dudi Cohen and other sub-roles. The system did not allow the full disclosure of the truth to the public, issued bans on orders that raised the level of suspicion against those involved.

Attorney Attorney Tony Goldberg, who was well acquainted with the material, in a detailed opinion she wrote in 2014, reasoned why then-commander, Mandelblit, had to be investigated with suspicion of committing fraud, breach of trust and disruption of investigation. The Attorney General lists suspicions of attempts to fool the Assistant Attorney General Raz Nazri to sabotage the investigation and to prevent its execution. In her opinion, information". She later wrote that then-chief of staff Gabi Ashkenazi "wanted to keep the investigators away from him and from the evidence he holds (Harpaz's document) and the commander gave his hand."

Former Attorney General Yehuda Weinstein, in a 2015 letter in which he decided not to indict Mandelblit, noted that these were alleged offenses at the low criminal threshold. Needless to say, when it comes to the Supreme Court, alleged offenses in the low criminal threshold should also prevent the appointment.

Senior journalist Ayala Hasson should be commended, who, contrary to the usual media line, does not let go of the affair and asks "How are there insane proofs and the business is closed?" It references hidden recordings set by researchers in gold vision and buried somewhere.

Justice Minister Ohana asked to appoint Dan Eldad to the State Attorney's Office according to his authority in the law. Immediately, counsel Mendelblit was called and opposed. Mendelblit was set to "commit suicide" for his recommended job, Shlomo Lambberger. Solomon's brother, Deputy State Attorney, was in contact with him at a time when, according to Goldberg, he was trying to cover Ashkenazi.

As well, not to mention the fact that Attorney Solomon Lamberger, senior prosecutor himself, unexpectedly changed his mind and decided that Mandelblit should not be prosecuted for lack of guilt. I will make it clear that I do not question the integrity of the Lamberger brothers.

Attorney Eldad devoured the court cards and began to take an interest in the issue from which Mandelblit escapes like a fire. Now in order to keep the danger of scrutiny and investigation from him, Mandelblit has decided to appoint himself as the State Attorney's Office, without, in my opinion, having legal authority to do so. The Supreme Court would be happy to give him an umbrella for that matter as well.

In light of Mendelblit's complicated situation, it would not be unreasonable to suppose that the prosecutors' heads who probably wanted to overthrow Netanyahu and the right-wing government knew his weaknesses, and may have even pressed the right buttons that led to the indictment.

Combining hands

Justice Mazuz, who said at the Haifa Law Conference: "The situation of a Minister of Justice for me is a troublesome and troubling situation, and the conduct makes it difficult for the system to function," issued a provisional order on the appointment of a State Attorney, despite not being asked for it. How could he discuss a matter related to the Minister of Justice Having publicly made up his mind about him ?! Pretty puzzling.

Given the combination of Ashkenazi's and Mendelblit's hands, there was no doubt a conflict of interest in Mendelblit's decisions regarding Netanyahu, since Gabi Ashkenazi was one of the leading candidates against Netanyahu. What true value can you attribute to Mendelblit's decisions regarding Netanyahu ?!

Justice Elyakim Rubinstein was also recruited in the ongoing campaign. In light of his statements in the media after his retirement, I am not surprised that he took on the role of arbitrator in the horror movie. The aim is probably to move Eldad and prevent shock in the silencing and cladding system.

Thus, quickly and thoroughly, the law enforcement system on its affiliates breaks down the fabric that for many years has been the glory of the State of Israel and turns it into a rag that rough feet constantly crush on it until its final erosion. Too bad. Woe to you, a wonderful country, forced to judge its judges, advisors and attorneys.
