Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari (78) has this week appointed a recognized man for a senior position in a central federal agency. However, Chokwamka Okvaro, the winner of the senior appointment, died at age 59 and was already buried at a lavish funeral in the last month of the parish.

This is not the first time such an embarrassment has occurred in Nigeria and in 2017 the president has appointed 5 people who have already passed away to senior positions in the country. One of the deceased who was then in high office was Francis Okfuzo, who was appointed chair of the state press council, despite having been in his grave about a year earlier.

It should be noted that the old general is credited in his country for being nicknamed "the slow-moving father," because of his slow functioning. To illustrate his first lawful government in 2015, the general appointed after consulting with state officials for six months. When asked what took him so long to form a government, the older man replied: "It's not Daddy who is slow, this is the system. I work within this system and I hope it works out well."

The man who was previously the state's military control between 1983 and 1985 was considered very mature in African terms and so in 2018 he had to sharply deny the rumors that he was actually dead and who replaces him with public appearances is a double.

Local government officials tried to lessen the embarrassment, claiming that the selection process for senior positions, which included 37 state appointments, lasted a year and a half under which Ocaru was still alive. President Buhari's personal assistant, Loretta Onucci, said that "when the Okavaro appointment process began, he was alive and even passed us a resume page with updates on his life and so this mistake was created."

In any case, the deceased family a little less liked their beloved's later upgrade. One of his relatives, Dr. Chake Onwa, said furiously that, "In the name of God, leave us alone to mourn our death, save your appointments to another person." That opened up in our lives with the death of our loved one. "

This is not the first time the senior president has been scandalous in his country. As a matter of fact, with his election to the post and after his victory speech in BC, the opposition fiercely criticized him, saying it was a copy of President Barack Obama's coronation speech. However, the older president was not too excited and accused many people of envy a lot. But quietly also instructed his staff not to copy more speeches like that. At least to him in such a blatant way.
