As reported, the nine-year-old, who actually lives in Switzerland, was driving towards Munich with a man (76) and a woman (73) from Graefelfing in a Renault when a Mercedes crashed into the rear of the car. In addition to doctors and emergency services, around 35 firefighters from the Irschenberg, Bad Aibling and Au fire departments were on duty for around an hour and a half on Tuesday. The firefighters supported the resuscitation of the boy and freed the 73-year-old passenger from the completely deformed Renault, reports the Irschenberg Vice-Commandant Josef Erhart. “Fortunately, an ambulance happened to be driving behind the accident vehicle,” says Erhard.
