The father of a four-year-old child and his partner were imprisoned following the death of the little boy following a head trauma near Saint-Malo (Ille-et-Vilaine), we learned Monday, May 4 with the prosecutor of Saint-Malo.

"They were imprisoned" and indicted for "violence resulting in death without intention to give it to a minor" and "usual violence against a minor under 15 years of age," the public prosecutor of AFP told AFP. Saint-Malo, Christine Le Crom.

The events occurred on Friday May 1 at the end of the day in Dol-de-Bretagne. The firefighters were called to take care of the child "in a state of brain death" , who died shortly after his arrival at the University Hospital of Rennes.
