The Ministry of Education asked its directorates in the governorates to end the academic year 2019-2020 for all transitional classes on the 26th of May, and to transfer students and students of these classes to the higher class, and specified the period between the 18th and 21st of it to deliver the school evacuation.

In a statement, SANA received a copy of it today, the Ministry stressed the necessity of the directorates to implement an educational program to compensate the educational losses for all transitional classes at the beginning of the next academic year 2020-2021 for a period of two weeks and organize knowledge and skills in educational activities and working papers that translate and cover them.

The Ministry indicated that it will conduct a test of educational loss for students of grades (seventh, eighth, tenth and eleventh) to be added to the marks of the first semester in order to arrange their success, indicating that the period of suspension of working hours for students who pursue their studies according to the intensive curriculum category (B) will prepare a vacation between one level and another level or class description Another is within the same level that they will continue their studies at the beginning of the school year.

The Ministry asked its directorates to link the delivery of the school evacuation to the delivery of books to the school administration for safekeeping and to organize a card with their numbers to redistribute the good from them and stressed the commitment to public health conditions when delivering the evacuation and receiving the books.

To that, the Ministry set the basis for registering for admission to outstanding schools in the seventh grade for the next academic year by calculating the degrees of students in the fifth grade by 50 percent and calculating 50 percent for the first semester of the sixth grade to apply according to the criteria for registration in schools of excelling for the seventh grade, provided that it does not fall The two percentages total about 90 percent and take the national test for admission to top schools for the next academic year.

The Ministry asked its directorates to work according to the training manual for the complementary courses to intensify and accelerate education, according to which all teachers were trained in all governorates during the two years 2018-2019 in the summer vacation and they were able to work according to what was stated in it to intensify the educational content of all transitional classes and teachers in various specialties and employ it during The period of compensation for educational losses, in addition to the treatment of students with special needs, the treatment of ordinary students in their transfer to the higher grade provided that they follow a course with their peers at the beginning of the school year to compensate for the educational loss and the instructions for the disabled are applied to them.

The Ministry stressed the need to consider the first semester mark in addition to the practical training mark for vocational education until the suspension of working hours for the second semester as a basis for the arrangement and the educational loss will be compensated at the beginning of the school year in addition to considering the test that will take place after compensation for the educational loss for the first secondary class students who were unable to enroll in their schools In the first semester, they were accepted in the second semester as a criterion for failure and success and the emphasis on writing the phrase (transferred to the higher class) according to the decision of the Council of Ministers on the grade records for students and students in all transitional classes.

The Council of Ministers decided on the twenty-sixth of last April to transfer all students of transitional classes in the basic and secondary education stages to the higher grade and requested the Ministry of Education to draw up a plan to compensate the educational loss of students at the beginning of next year.
