Keiko Fujimori is released from prison

The leader of the Popular Force party Keiko Fujimori was released from prison and the preventive detention against her was revoked, although judicial authorities have not said whether Fujimori is guilty or innocent of the charges against him. The investigation into alleged links in the corruption scandal of the construction company Odebrecht. Fujimori is already at his home after leaving the prison where he stayed for around three months and he was tested for covid-19 due to the risk he had had while in prison, although the results are still awaited. The resolution that released Keiko Fujimori mentions the covid-19 but the pandemic is not the reason why Fujimori was released.
