(CNN Spanish) - The delivery of the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards 2020 took place: Let's Celebrate Together and as expected, it was full of slime and great celebrities and due to the coronavirus pandemic, it was transmitted for the first time virtual from the house of all the guests and its presenter, the actress Victoria Justice.

Although the ceremony was held in the United States on May 2 and the list of winners is already known, in Latin America it can be seen on Tuesday, May 5.

We spoke with Victoria the day before the ceremony and she assured us that she was very excited: “I am very excited and it is a great honor; I feel it is such a unique opportunity to be the host of the Kids' Choice Awards from my home, so I will definitely be very comfortable. Also, I will officially be the first woman to host these awards, which is incredible. I started my career here and it's like coming home at this very special moment. ”

It will be a lot of fun, surely there will be a lot of sticky slime; there will be live performances and very special people and guests. ”

Some of the celebrities participating this year are: Dwayne Johnson, Ariana Grande, Kristen Bell, Josh Gad, Camila Cabello, Millie Bobby Brown, Ellen DeGeneres, BTS, Shawn Mendes, Lil Nas X, Dove Cameron, Tom Holland, David Dobrik, Tom Kenny, Bill Fagerbakke and SSSniperWolf, among others. But without a doubt, the guests that will generate more expectation is the cast of The Avengers: Endgame. Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Mark Ruffalo, and Jeremy Renne.

“I just want to have fun, without taking anything very seriously and having a good time. Children who see us at home must be entertained. I know there will be a lot of slime and I prepare for it and, I know that my clothes will surely go straight to the trash. ”

Nickelodeon will support the No Kid Hungry program that seeks to end child hunger in the United States and donate $ 1 million for those affected by covid-19. Victoria Justice says she feels the fact that there are hungry children “is devastating and saddened, and one of the reasons I am so happy to host the awards is the donation of Nickelodeon.
