The overseas departments are variously affected by the epidemic. Tuesday, 42 people were hospitalized in Mayotte, 21 in Martinique, 16 in Guadeloupe, 5 in Guyana and 4 in Reunion. In terms of deaths, the Antilles were the hardest hit with 17 deaths in Guadeloupe, 14 in Martinique
