The number of deaths and people infected by the emerging corona virus has increased in several Arab countries today.
And the Iraqi Ministry of Health and Environment announced today a record increase in the number of deaths and infections with the new Corona virus in the country during the past 24 hours.
The ministry said in a press statement that "its laboratories recorded 85 new infections in the governorates of Baghdad, Najaf, Karbala, Kirkuk, Basra, Maysan, Muthanna and Erbil."
"Four deaths were recorded, three of them in Baghdad and one in Basra," she added, noting that the total number of injuries was 2431, 102 deaths, and 1571 recovery.
In turn, the Egyptian Ministry of Health recorded 16 deaths and 388 new infections with the emerging corona virus, bringing the total number of deaths to 452 and injuries to 7201, and the recorded numbers indicate an increase in the number of deaths and injuries compared to yesterday, which recorded 7 deaths and 348 new infections.
To that, the Palestinian Ministry of Health announced today that it has recorded 5 new infections with the Corona virus of contacts with infected persons in Al-Samu ', Hebron Governorate, which raises today's infections to 11.
Earlier today, Minister of Health May Alkila announced that he had recorded 6 new infections with Corona Virus, 4 of which were for contacts in Al Samoua, Hebron District, and two injuries in the Al-Tor area of Jerusalem, including 3 children, the youngest of whom was two years old.
Al Kila reported that 25 new cases of recovery from the disease were recorded in Bethlehem, Ramallah, Hebron and the Jerusalem suburbs, bringing the number of recovery cases to 168.
In the same context, member of the scientific committee to combat the Corona Virus in Tunisia, Samir Abdel Momen, confirmed that the epidemic prevalence rate in the country decreased to 0.9 after it was between 4.5 and 5 in the last period.
