Shopping centers will reopen in Denmark on Monday as part of the second phase of easing containment measures against the coronavirus, the government announced on Thursday.

Small businesses have already reopened in the Nordic country and restaurants and cafes will be allowed to resume operations on May 18, the executive said.
Denmark is also negotiating with its neighbors over border controls and cross-border travel bans, the results of which will be announced on June 1, the government added.
