1- Save as many companies as possible
Saving our businesses and our jobs is the urgency of today and especially of tomorrow. We are fortunate to have great entrepreneurs in France who continue to undertake despite all the obstacles they have on their way. A real priesthood. It has certainly set up a favorable system for partial unemployment, but it could do much more: bring the state guarantee to 100% for VSEs and SMEs, allow reimbursement over ten years as in Germany with two years without acquittal, authorize Covid debts of companies to be counted separately in balance sheets, make long spreads (5 to 6 years) for deferral of charges and taxes, and abandonments
