The SPD parliamentary group spokesman, Wolfgang Götz, was also confronted with this topic in the election campaign. Götz then asked the community to check the traffic conditions in Arzbach, because the lawsuits also concerned the village playground on the northern outskirts towards Röhrmoos.
Mayor Dieter Kugler (CSU) now informed the holiday committee of the municipality about the result of a traffic show that has now been carried out. The experts involved came to the conclusion that the required speed 30 "there are no basics in the area" and that the situation was unsuitable for speed 30, according to Kugler. Also in the area of the double curve there were hardly any complaints, here the vehicles were not driven faster than 30 anyway. At best, one could point out the dangerous road layout with signs, but the administration did not think much of a sign forest, the mayor informed.
Mayor Dieter Kugler is much more important that the municipal building yard has now provided protection for the children playing after the game starts again due to the loosening of the corona requirements. The construction yard has indeed created a fence towards the street, which prevents the children from running onto the street from the football field.
