Good news: The number of known Covid 19 cases in the district remains constant at 605. And from Saturday - under strict conditions - visits to clinics and homes are possible again.
District - No new Covid 19 case in the district of Erding - the district office reported Friday afternoon for the period since Thursday. The number of cases remains at 605. The number of people who have recovered has increased by one person from 514 to 515. This means that 80 people are currently infected. There are currently six Covid-19 patients in the Klinikum Landkreis Erding - two of them in the intensive care isolation ward, both are ventilated.
Visits to hospitals with restrictions will be allowed again from Saturday. District Administrator Martin Bayerstorfer is happy that the regulations have been changed in favor of the patients: "A hospital stay always means an exceptional state." With its rules, the district exhausted the maximum framework that the legislator had specified. "Nevertheless, in the interests of the health of all patients and fellow human beings, everyone should ask whether a visit is absolutely necessary and only then should take it," explains District Administrator Bayerstorfer.
Until further notice, the regular visit times at the Erding Clinic are from 3 to 6 p.m. Each patient may be visited once a day for a maximum of one hour by a family member, in the case of minors by guardians, or a permanent person.
With the help of a screening form, visitors are registered by name when entering the clinic, asked for the reason for their visit and their body temperature measured. Hand disinfection and mouth-nose protection are required.
If symptoms or an elevated temperature are found among the visitors, they must not enter the clinic. In spite of the visits being permitted again, the Klinikum Landkreis Erding asks that the citizens continue to be very sensitive to the situation and refrain from visits that are not absolutely necessary to protect patients and employees.
