One week, day for day, before the start of the deconfinement, Romania posts a rather satisfactory health assessment, with nearly 900 deaths for 15,000 confirmed cases, that is to say a stable average of 300 new cases per day, and nearly 6500 cures. But now the Romanian Constitutional Court (CCR) has just ruled that one of the government's emergency ordinances concerning the state of emergency and alert regimes - the one that will be put in place from May 15 - is unconstitutional.
