Julia DE FUNÈS. - The generalization of telework is no longer of the order of the wish but of the fact. In a few weeks, all the functions that could be transposed to telework have been, and this generalization has pulverized in a flash the main (false) arguments that tried to stop it. Teleworking is an autonomy granted to the employee in the sense that he is free to choose his workspace (office, at home or third place), time savings (less time lost in transport), but also psychological freedom .
