Washington (dpa) - After almost three months at the International Space Station, the private space freighter "Cygnus" has left the ISS again. The unmanned freighter was successfully docked, said the US space agency.
After undocking, "Cygnus" was supposed to carry out experiments and deploy satellites and then burn up in the atmosphere.
The freighter had started in mid-February with around 3,500 kilograms of supplies and materials for scientific experiments on board the ISS from a spaceport in the US state of Virginia.
It was the 13th supply flight of the space freighter developed and operated by the US company Northrop Grumman.
