The defendant decided to achieve this goal by carrying out a stabbing attack in the city at the heart of the State of Israel, on April 28, the date on which the Memorial Day for the victims of Israeli systems and the victims of hostilities, or near, revealed a decision in the heart of the accused To the act of terrorism.

Afterwards, the defendant left his home in Tulkarem and made his way into the territory of the State of Israel. The defendant on a metropolitan bus to reach Tel Aviv, and during the trip, the defendant changed his mind and decided to carry out the terrorist act in Kfar Saba.

In the request for detention, Attorney Hila Zur wrote that "an arrest warrant has been instituted against the respondent .... Given the severity, nature and nature of the respondent's brutal acts and their execution on a nationalistic basis, there is reasonable grounds to fear that his release would jeopardize public safety. A serious matter lies in the fact that the respondent, staying illegally, did everything in his power to execute the act of terrorism and demonstrated extreme composure in his actions, planning the act of terrorism on all stages and details. His cold choice for his victim, who was chosen but because he was Jewish, his adherence to the continued act of terrorism, although he himself was sabotaged by the breaking of the knife's handle, all testify to the respondent's determination and danger.
