The Occupational Health Awards are divided into 3 categories, "Good Mood @ Healthy Workplace Award", "Pneumoconiosis Prevention Award", and "Aural Protection Award", which are to recognize the promotion of healthy diet, physical activity and mental health in the workplace Organizations that have implemented effective measures to prevent pneumoconiosis in the workplace, have active plans and have outstanding achievements; and organizations that have outstanding achievements in controlling noise in the workplace and protecting employees' hearing. Baohua A & P jointly planned the project with "dust avoidance operation", "source dust reduction", "control" and "review and improvement", and set up a real-time air monitoring system in the site to measure the concentration of suspended particles in the air. Abnormal conditions, the project supervisor will immediately strengthen the dust control measures. In addition, dust-free hand tools and dust-free channels are also promoted to protect employees' health. As for Xingsheng Construction Co., Ltd., a team focused on the prevention of pneumoconiosis was established to formulate measures. Different methods such as automatic sprinkler system for driving lanes, double-layer dust shields and sprinklers are added to the pile driver to control the dust and dust distribution, and workers' physical health monitoring and inspections are regularly arranged to help employees.
