Damascus Governorate has finished asphalting works on the Mazzeh Highway in the direction coming from the Syrian Telecom Company to the Umayyad Square, as part of its service plan to improve the reality of the roads.

The engineer of maintenance in the governorate, Engineer Mohamed Hamamieh, stated in a statement to the delegate of SANA that after the completion of the asphalting of the sections on the highway in this direction, the maintenance workshops began with the work of scraping the damaged asphalt on the upward road from the Umayyad Square to the Syrian Telecom Company to start its aspiration, indicating that the asphalt works are carried out at night to prevent the occurrence of Any traffic jams during working hours.

Hamamiyeh pointed out that the maintenance workshops carried out the rubble and dust in exchange for the Adawi power station, behind the Khaled Aniz School in Kafr Sousa, and the end of the Al-Akram Nazlet in Mazzeh.

The directorate's workshops continue to work on the rehabilitation and maintenance of sidewalks and terminals at the Damascus Homs Highway, opposite the Pullman Garage by law and in front of ticket offices in the Abbasid Garage and next to the age school in Sheikh Mohiuddin and in various areas of the city to restore the aesthetic of the city and its streets according to erythema.
