With his eternal platinum blonde brushing, the "blue prince of Montmartre" and emblematic figure of Parisian nights from 1956 until his death at the end of January, accumulated all his life objects celebrating his favorite color which he also declined from costume to glasses , on stage as in the city.
“Nestled a few steps from the cabaret, its Montmartrois interior, like its unique personality, reveals a remarkable collection and unique decor of nearly 300 pieces signed by his friends including Montmartre artists: the painter Gen Paul, Bernard Lorjou, Gérard Pamboujian, but also Jean Marais or even the master glassmaker Jean-Claude Novaro ” , underlines the auction house.

His real name Michel Catty, Michou died on January 26, at the age of 88.
