The new Corona virus has killed 294,199 people worldwide since its outbreak in December.
The French Press Agency stated in its statistics, according to official sources, that the number of persons infected with the Corona virus reached more than four million and 305 thousand and 340 cases in 196 countries and regions, and that among these cases, a total of one million, 473 thousand and 700 people were declared recovered.
Since yesterday’s count, 5,157 deaths and 82,643 new infections have been recorded in the world and the countries that have recorded the highest death toll from the new are the United States 1599 deaths, followed by Brazil 881 cases and Britain 494 cases.
The United States, in which the epidemic appeared at the beginning of February, recorded the highest total death toll of 83249 out of a million and 380 thousand and 465 cases on its soil.
Britain ranks second with 33,186 deaths out of 229 thousand and 705 injuries, followed by Italy with 31,106 deaths and Spain fourth with 27,104 deaths, then France which recorded 27074 deaths.
Among the most affected countries, Belgium recorded the highest number of deaths compared to the population, with 76 deaths per 100,000 people, followed by Spain 58, Italy 51, Britain 49 and France 41.
