Today, Iraqi forces announced the dismantling of a terrorist cell in the city of Rutba in the Anbar Governorate, western Iraq, and the arrest of two of its members.
A security source told Alsumaria News that a police force in Al-Rutba was able to discover the terrorist cell in the city and arrest two of its terrorists, while it was chasing others, explaining that the cell members were involved in targeting the security forces and civilians.
To that, a security source said that three citizens were wounded by sniper fire from the terrorist organization ISIS in the Ferry District, northeast of Baquba, in Diyala Governorate, pointing out that a security force cordoned off the scene and transferred the injured to a nearby hospital for treatment.
Three people were killed yesterday evening after a terrorist attack that targeted a residential house south of Fallujah in Anbar Governorate, while two Iraqi security personnel were killed and another was wounded in an attack carried out by (ISIS) terrorists on the road linking the Chinese and Haditha cities.
