The intervention of the real estate agency Los Sauces, owned by the Kirchner family, filed a report before the Federal Oral Court 5 and the prosecutor Diego Velasco, where he reported the status of two of the main properties of the company investigated for money laundering. These are the apartments located in Puerto Madero:  one has not been rented for two years and "constantly generates expenses" , and on the other, inhabited by the ex-wife of businessman K Fabián De Sousa, there is an eviction request for part of the controller for the lack of payment of the rent . This property was rented through the Alcalis de la Patagonia firm, owned by Cristóbal López and De Sousa.

Between 2009 and 2015, López and Lázaro Báez contributed 86% of Los Sauces' turnover. Both, together with Cristina Kirchner and her children, were accused of being part of an "illicit association", where the vice president is identified as the maximum responsible and Maximum as organizer.

During the investigation of the case, the justice corroborated the existence of a maneuver by which "a portion of what was stolen from the National State -through public road works, through the payment of handouts by virtue of the benefits and concessions, etc., was going to stop the former presidents and their family nucleus. "

This was done through a system "set up based on the real estate and hotel activity that they carried out through the company Los Sauces". The objective, according to judge Julián Ercolini - who sent the case to trial - was "to steal and seize and millionaire public funds." It is estimated that more than 30 million pesos were laundered using "the real estate agent that had no commercial purposes" as a screen.

In this framework, the company was intervened in 2016, and the measure was extended by TOF 5, responsible for conducting the trial against the Kirchner family. Under this judicial intervention, the commercial operation of Los Sauces is not easy.

With a value of $ 14,000 per month , the intervention reported that, despite several inquiries, it was not possible to rent the duplex of Juana Manso 550, which since 2009 was used by the owner of the Indalo Group, Cristóbal López. The property has spacious and bright spaces (due to its height and location), and also a connection to the ninth floor, where López had his offices.

The property was empty more than two years ago, when Bonadio evicted López. According to judicial sources, Clarín confirmed that the duplex had several visits. But no interested party was convinced to rent it, paying attention to the judicial situation of the property, which is also part of the embargo that falls on the Kirchners.

The first department that López had entered was functional unit 440. To condition it, he invested $ 100,000. He converted floors 8 and 9 “D” into a duplex to have his office and a meeting room on top.

The property is located in the Madero Center building, where “La Rosadita” worked: Lázaro Báez's financier.

The property was put up for rent at $ 14,000 despite Cristóbal López paying $ 32,000 for it.

The lack of a tenant is not only a problem for the Kirchners, but also generates collateral difficulties: being empty, the expenses and taxes are faced with part of the little income that the real estate is generating, and which also manages the judicial intervention . Those expenses exceed 50,000 pesos per month.

During the investigation of the case, it was determined that from 2012 to February 2016, the owner of the Indalo Group paid Los Sauces $ 1,727,500. A report showed that businessman K rented the duplex for three times its market value.

There is a second property that is with a request for eviction by the judicial controller, and with the possibility of solving it through negotiation. This department had been paid for $ 7,500 per month until Los Sauces was operated.

The apartment is located in the Madero Center and it is Floor 4 L, whose rent was paid by Alcalis de la Patagonia - Indalo company - but it was always inhabited by De Sousa's ex-wife.  "Two years ago the intervention requested the eviction, because she only pays the expenses, " judicial sources explained to Clarín.

The truth is that, despite repeated requests from Justice, the contract between Los Sauces and Alcalis was never found. But de Sousa's ex-wife is still there.
