Protests renewed in the Lebanese capital, Beirut, and some other areas today, calling for improving living conditions and combating price increases in the country.
The Lebanese National Media Agency reported that a number of protesters gathered today in front of the Lebanese Ministry of Economy and Trade building in downtown Beirut, and carried out a sit-in to demand the improvement of living conditions.
In Tire, a number of protesters protested in front of the Al-Saraya government building in protest against the deteriorating economic conditions, holding up banners denouncing the financial and banking policy, confirming the continuation of the sit-in to demand their lost rights.
The elements of the Internal Security Forces took extensive measures and cordoned off the companies.
