Three supervisors of Fresnes prison (Val-de-Marne) will be summoned to court for attacking four people during the night of Monday to Tuesday in L'Haÿ-les-Roses, we learned on Wednesday from parquet floor of Créteil. They were referred on Wednesday evening and "will be presented tomorrow to a liberty and detention judge so that they will be notified of a hearing date", according to the same source.

On the first evening of the deconfinement, the three supervisors, aged 21, 24 and 25, drove out into the streets of L'Haÿ-les-Roses and attacked, for a reason still unknown, four inhabitants who were talking outside, we learned from a judicial source, confirming information from the Parisian.
"They beat the men, tried to enter the victims' homes and stole a wallet before fleeing," which was later recovered by the police during the arrest, said the source.
The three supervisors are being prosecuted for "meeting violence" and the 23-year-old driver is also charged with "theft and driving under the influence of an alcoholic state", according to the prosecution. The victims, aged 20 to 35, did not report any injuries requiring emergency assistance.
