Since the Corona crisis we have reviewed too few Italian restaurants Restaurants

We checked and found that since the outbreak of the Corona crisis we have reviewed too few Italian restaurants in the section • Now we will make up for it with two great deliveries

Deliveries from Italian restaurants can be a kind of trap sometimes. Shipping will almost certainly come in good shape and will not be damaged by cooking anymore, but the prices, oh the prices. Anyone who feeds from a shipment every day will not be able to regularly order from restaurants with a price of between NIS 60 and NIS 100. Still, at a time when everyone is ordering all the time and everywhere, there's no reason we won't tell you about a great and fun experience we had with deliveries ordered from two favorite restaurants - "Rustico" and "POMO".

Rustico: Feel the taste experience

In a city where restaurants last an average of a year, a restaurant with 15 years of seniority is considered a real institution, and this institution is very binding, probably in a trendy city like Tel Aviv. The fact that this is an Italian restaurant that has already become a chain after opening two more branches in the city justifies the high expectations of the chain's delivery service.

Most of Rustico's menu resembles a "classic" Italian menu. The dishes are based on a few essential ingredients per serving, just as Italy intended, and the emphasis is on the freshness of the raw materials and the accuracy of the doses. How good to find that Rustico's Italian patronage is also reflected in home delivery.

With expectations in the ceiling and belly croaking, we ordered the American Salad (NIS 54) as a first course, Pepardella Spinach and Lemon (NIS 67), and Linguini Artichoke and Tomato Pesto (NIS 76) and Mousse Di Choculetta for dessert.

It is not entirely clear why the American Salad is so named, although it is very reminiscent of the Emperor Salad originating in Mexico, but Rustico's version has undergone such an upgrade that the dish's name sounds cut off. The dish ingredients, on the other hand, are artistically connected. Young and crisp lettuce leaves, hard boiled egg, rocket leaves, parmesan cheese, croutons, olive oil, Caesar sauce and petal - lots of colorways. What's so exciting about Colorby? Just the fact that it's a perfect vegetable that is hardly used in restaurants and really unclear why. This salad is an example of how to make a salad with a classic base, without boring.

In restaurants, the pasta comes in a wide-brimmed upside-down plate that gives it some sort of upscale aura, and it was strange to see the dishes lying in plain plastic boxes, but once you open the lid, all you have to do is close your eyes to feel like you're in the restaurant. The smell that comes out of the boxes is simply intoxicating, and when you put the fork in and let all the steam fill the room, there is little left to do and smile between bite and bite.

The spinach spinach and lemon fulfill exactly what it promises - Rustico's fresh pasta wrapped in spinach and refined lemon flavor, with no strong or excessive flavors. We are the ones who usually pour Parmesan on everything, but in this case there was absolutely no need, the cheese would sin the delicacy of the dish.

The linguine artichoke and tomato pesto is perhaps the "most unusual" dish we found on the menu, firstly because it is vegan (a bonus point for a moment's unnoticeable vegan dish that something lacks), and secondly because its ingredients are bold. The sauce is made up of sun tomato pesto, hearts of atishok, chili, garlic and arugula - lots of very strong flavors. On the taste buds spectrum, this dish appeals to the other extreme compared to spinach and lemon. We liked the brave choice a little more than the gentle, precisely because of the boldness, which pays off in the giant.

Then we got dessert. If out of habit, sticking to a diet or keeping the pocket, the Israeli diner usually orders one dessert for a couple, but in this case, allow yourself to riot, the diet will start tomorrow. Not only because of the very reasonable price of the dish (NIS 28), but mainly because of its deliciousness First you will realize that this dessert you do not want to share with anyone, the mousse is rich and full of hazelnuts, a dish that is a great pleasure for any chocolate lover, sweet and basically for anyone who breathes in. Every bite feels like a sensual paradise and you will slowly want to savor it And alone.

Pomo - great food and no pose

If it was a regular restaurant review rather than a shipment, we would open and even focus on the fact that this is a restaurant that is at the soldier's level, for better or worse. A restaurant that, as usual, its audience is a rush-hour crowd rather than an impatient evening crowd, and an excessive mention of the words Walt, Bite and Civus.

All this is normal, this time deliveries are all we have, which is quite a bit and even fun. Many restaurants, including Italian POMO, expanded the delivery areas and introduced a broader delivery menu. It's pretty nice that usually in Italian restaurants, the better and the less, the menu is pretty repetitive. The truth is, it's not a bad thing. If the portions are good and the ingredients are good, we don't care if the menu doesn't restock us anything, we come to eat not to enrich knowledge.

We started with the fumo salad (tomatoes, calamata olives, fukacha teas, rosta salsa, chili and mozzarella in Palo) and sabiche seafood (zucchini, tomato, mint, basil, pine nuts, chilli and searce sauce and spicy yogurt in mint ). Two starters that are not exactly prime, both in terms of price, the sixty zone are one to one, and in terms of size not small at all. In terms of the taste they both did not disappoint, the pomo salad is an upgraded caprese and the special sauce adds a nice flavor to it. The sabiche is very tasty, although combining all the ingredients is a bit daunting in the initial reading.

Basically we went for a kind of basic. We started with a cheese tortillini (ricotta, spinach, pecorino romano with tomato and oregano sauce) which was exactly what we expected. High-quality dough, non-pulpy dish despite the plethora of cheeses and staying in a closed box while driving home. This is a relatively smaller portion of all the huge portions of the restaurant, but it is as insanely heavy as any cheese-packed pasta should be. We fought so-called heroically.

Easy recovery from the cheeses and go on to two more mains, because that's how we, the hungry, the brave and must taste everything before falling asleep on the couch.

The main number two is an olio to it (long fusilli, sea fish, cherry tomatoes, capers, basil, parsley, garlic and chilli, olive oil and lemon juice). It is already much less heavy and based on olive oil, which we love very much but on the other hand we do not have too much to say about it, good vegetables, good fish, good pasta, apples and so on. Third, the one we liked best to tell the truth, is the hunter. The dish has rigatoni, beef fillet, mushrooms, tomatoes, glass fee, and for those who do not eat kosher, bacon and parmesan can also be added. And why is this the most delicious dish? Just read the ingredients. There is no reason for this not to be the best dish.

We did not go out to fomou and eat properly, sitting there. The shipment definitely convinced us that we should because we are promised an experience, in the meantime we will settle for the shipment that we will probably order again soon.
