The Syrian Electronic Payments Company has revealed a timetable that extends until the end of next August to link the ministries of the Interior, Finance and Water Resources and the Damascus Governorate with the company system to pay the fees for its services electronically, noting that fixed telephone bills and fees for transport directorates in all governorates are being paid electronically in addition to electricity bills Damascus Governorate and its countryside.

The CEO of the company, Dr. Ayman Mallouk, stated in a statement to SANA that during the next stage, electronic payment services will be expanded to include electricity bills for the governorates of Homs, Aleppo, Latakia, Hama, Al-Suwayda, Quneitra and Tartous, pointing out that an agreement has been reached with commercial and real estate banks to provide payment services through linking with the company's system This leads to the expansion of the segment of citizens who benefit from the services of paying bills and fees electronically.

Kings pointed out that since the launch of electronic payment services on the 14th of last April, 10962 operations have been executed with a total value of 426.7 million Syrian pounds through the company system through the channels of Bemo Saudi Fransi Bank and Al Baraka Bank distributed to the Syrian Telecom Company in 2034 process and the Damascus and Rural Electricity Companies With 816 operations and directorates of transportation with 8112 operations, through mobile phones and the internet, knowing that these electronic payment operations took place at different times and places wherever the owner of the bill is present at home, work or any other place.

The company had launched on the 14th of last month, electronic payment services for electricity bills in Damascus and its countryside, fixed-telephone bills and all fees for transport directorates services in the governorates, by linking the sources of the bills and the fee collectors mentioned with Bemo and Al-Baraka banks, which is the result of cooperation between the Ministry of Communications and Technology and the Central Bank of Syria During the past years.
