Today, the Egyptian army announced the death of 13 terrorists while they were trying to flee after storming a terrorist outpost in North Sinai.
A statement issued by the General Command of the Armed Forces said, "The raid took place based on intelligence information about a terrorist outpost in a farm in North Sinai." Their attempts to escape, by following them with security surveillance cameras, targeting them inside a dens and killing them all.
The raid also resulted in the seizure of a four-wheel-drive vehicle and 3 motorcycles without metal plates used by terrorist elements, the discovery and detonation of 10 explosive devices, and the seizure of explosive belts, various weapons and ammunition.
On the third of this month, the Egyptian Ministry of Interior announced the elimination of 18 terrorists in the vicinity of Bir al-Abd, North Sinai.
