Amiram Ben-Oliel, the main defendant
The district court is expected to decide this morning on the case of young Amiram Ben-Oliel, a resident of Jerusalem, whose attorneys attribute the central charge in what was known as the "Jewish attack" in the village of Duma.
On July 31, 2015, Molotov cocktails were thrown at two houses in the village. As a result, Ali Saad Dawawsha, an 18-month-old toddler, was killed and the deaths of his parents Saad and Riham Dawawsha who later died. His 4-year-old brother was seriously injured. On one of the houses was a Star of David and inscriptions in Hebrew: "Long live the Messiah" and "Revenge".

On January 3, 2016, indictments were filed against Ben-Oriel for murder and for the minor for planning the act. They were also charged with a section of a terrorist organization. The indictment alleges the two planned the attack as revenge for the murder of Malachi Rosenfeld in a shooting attack by a Hamas squad near the Kida junction, near Duma, in June 2015.
At the summit stage last month, the prosecution sought to convict him of these offenses. His attorneys, lawyers for which Ohayon and Yitzhak Bam, demanded his credit in light of contradictions in investigations and testimonies, as well as torture in the investigation.
