Join the Virtual Tour with "Israel Today" • Along with the cable car to the top to see the breathtaking scenery, observe the colorful bloom and glitter in Syria and Lebanon

Most of us are familiar with the Hermon site during the winter, when the slopes are covered in white, the skiing enthusiasts ski to their delight and little kids start snowball wars at every turn. This time on the virtual tour of "Israel Today", enjoy this charming site this summer too.

Entry to the site in the summer is free. On the tour we will get to know the funicular and the beautiful view of it on the way to the summit of Mount Hermon. When we meet one of the instructors there, we will learn about the spring period in the area, and see the colorful bloom. At the same time, we will see breathtaking views around the Golan Heights, Syria and Lebanon. 

When we return with the funicular back down, a surprise awaits us. Together we will take a ride in the Extreme Sleds, which can reach speeds of up to 45 mph.
